The State Government has secured the three V8 Supercar events for a further three years as part of a deal announced today by Queensland Premier Campbell Newman and V8 Supercars.

Mr Newman confirmed the new agreement between the Queensland Government and V8 Supercars would see the continuation of the Gold Coast 600, Townsville 400 and Ipswich 360 until 2016.
